REYNOLDSVILLE: On February 17th, Tiara Nicole Tetlow, 32, of Brookville, waived her preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
Tetlow is charged with one count of burglary – not adapted for overnight accommodation, no person present, a felony of the second degree; one count of theft by unlawful taking; one count of receiving stolen property, each felonies of the third degree; and a summary offense for criminal mischief.
Her case will now proceed to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
Bail is set at $50,000.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
