REYNOLDSVILLE: On February 17th, Margaret Jane Heiser, 38, of Falls Creek, waived her preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
Heiser is charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of children, each a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Her case will proceed to formal arraignment in the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
Bail was set at $5,000.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
