REYNOLDSVILLE: On February 17th, Steven Allen Frampton, 32, of Jefferson County Jail, waived his preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
Frampton is charged with one count of burglary – not adapted for overnight accommodation, a felony of the second degree; one count of theft by unlawful taking; and one count of receiving stolen property, each misdemeanors of the first degree.
The case will now move to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas for formal arraignment.
Bail is set at $10,000.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
