SYKESVILLE: The Sykesville Civic Improvement Association (SCIA) is inviting the community to start the new year with a hearty meal at its upcoming pancake breakfast, set for Sunday, February 1, at Sykesville Town Hall.

The breakfast will run from 8:AM to 1:PM and features an all-you-can-eat buffet with a wide variety of breakfast favorites. Guests can enjoy both buckwheat and regular pancakes, along with scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and French toast sticks, plus beverages to round out the meal.

Pricing is family-friendly, with adults eating for $9, children ages 5–12 for $5, and kids under 5 eating free, making it an affordable outing for households of all sizes.

The event will be held at Sykesville Town Hall, located at 3 E. Main Street, Sykesville, PA 15865.

Organizers say the breakfast is a great opportunity not only to enjoy a warm meal, but also to support the work of the Sykesville Civic Improvement Association, a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to strengthening the town and surrounding communities.

“The SCIA is a coalition of volunteers committed to improving our town and local communities,” organizers said. “We aspire to help wherever help is needed.”
