The date of the event is set for April 8, 2023, and will run from 1:PM - 3:PM. The public is welcome to attend and the cost for a current 2023 rabies vaccination is $10.00.

You are invited to follow the club's Facebook Page to stay up to date with any changes, cancellations, etc. (though none are anticipated at this time).

If you have documentation of previous vaccinations, bring those with you. The shot administered will expire in one year, but if you bring your shot records, the expiration will not be for three years.

Please leash your pets or have them inside a container. If you need the veterinary personnel to come to your vehicle, that can be arranged as well.

We are having this clinic, once again, with the help of Dr. Marie Eckl; she always comes through. We thank her for her continued professionalism, dependability, and adherence to schedules.

Rabies is fatal once symptoms are present. 59,000 people die per year, worldwide, of rabies. Animals that contract rabies eat almost anything in sight without discrimination--food, rocks, dirt, sand, etc. Shortly thereafter they become unable to eat at all, suffer paralysis, and eventually die. Throughout the entire recorded history of the disease, there are fewer than 20 cases of humans surviving known rabies.

If you have further questions, post them within the Facebook Event, send our page a message, or call Paxton Stewart at (814) 591-1573; alternatively, you can e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
