    WHERE: 375 Beaver Drive, Suite 200, DuBois, PA (Right beside Tractor Supply and across from Atlas Pressed Metals)

    POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Mental Health Blended Case Managers –Clearfield or Jefferson County (all full-time positions)

    $14.75/hr plus yearly increases, chance for bonuses, competitive benefits package, etc.

    Interview availability will be based on the following qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university in psychology, sociology, human development and family studies, criminal justice, counseling, nursing, education or other related social science is required.

    High school diploma with 12 college semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology or other social science and two years’ experience in full-time work with direct contact with mental health consumers may also be considered but must meet these exact qualifications.

    *Prior to offer of employment, driving history is pulled and must be deemed acceptable.

    *If offered employment, pre-employment drug testing and acceptable clearances will be required (Child Abuse, Criminal History and FBI).
